Israel Adesanya breaks down Roman Kopylov’s fight

Former UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, believes Russian middleweight Roman Kopylov can pick up his fifth straight early victory this weekend against American Anthony Hernandez.

“It’s going to be a tough fight for Roman if his opponent puts the fight on him, but I think he’s done a good job and stepped up in that aspect,” the Nigerian said in a video posted on his Youtube channel. “It’s a classic match, grappler versus puncher, and in this fight I’ll bet on Roman because I like his style, the way he fights – I think he’ll win early”

The middleweight bout between Roman Kopylov and Anthony Hernandez will be part of the main card of UFC 298, which takes place Feb. 17 in Anaheim.

If he wins, the Russian will likely move into the top 15 of the organization’s middleweight rankings.
