Henry Sekhudo and Merab Dvalishvili fight date has been announced

A flyweight fight between Henry Cejudo and Merab Dvalishvili has been added to the card for UFC 298, which takes place Feb. 17 in Anaheim.

“Triple Crown Champion” announced the matchup on his Youtube channel.

In May of this year, 36-year-old Henry Cejudo resumed his career after a three-year hiatus, failing to take the championship belt from Aljamain Sterling, to whom he lost by split decision after five rounds.

Merab Dvalishvili, 32, picked up his ninth straight victory in March, winning a unanimous decision over former division champion Petr Yan in dominant fashion.

Dvalishvili and Sehudo are currently ranked second and third in the UFC’s lightweight division rankings, respectively.

The main event of UFC 298 will be a featherweight title fight between Alex Volkanovski and Elijah Topuria.
