Henry Sehudo named potential rivals

Henry Sekhudo, who decided to continue his career after his loss to Merab Dvalishvili, announced who he wants to see as his next opponent.

“There’s still a fight with Sean O’Malley,” MMAJunkie quoted “Triple Crown Champion” as saying. “I still don’t think he’s going to get past Cheeto. Potentially, we could headline an event with him.”

If Sean O’Malley successfully defends his flyweight title against Marlon Vera on March 9 at UFC 299 in Miami, Sejudo is ready to move down to the lightweight division and face his former teammate Brandon Moreno.

“There’s a fight with Brandon Moreno. We have a history – two former teammates who had a feud and a breakup ensued. We could have a good Mexican fight for the fans.”

As a reminder, former UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno will headline UFC Fight Night 237, which kicks off in Mexico City in a few hours, and his opponent will be former title challenger Brandon Royval.
