Fury will fight the winner of the Usyk-Joshua vs Hearn rematch in December

British WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 22 KOs) should not rush to make a final decision on retirement, because before the end of this year he can get a megafight for the title of absolute division champion.

About this in conversation with
iFL TV promoter Eddie Hearn said.

“It’s very easy for Tyson to say, ‘Look, I need some time right now. Just let me think about what I’m going to do next. Yes, I said it (about retirement) right after the fight (April 23 vs. Dillian Whyte, approx. WMMAA), but give me some time.” And the WBC should not take the title from him, of course not. He doesn’t need to leave, just as he doesn’t need to notify the WBC of the decision when he just had a fight, ”Hearn is convinced.

“Everything is done right, and, of course, we all know that he is not going anywhere. So I expect Fury to fight the winner of the Usyk-Joshua rematch in December,” the functionary added.
