WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has said he wants to fight WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk for unification of the belts.
“I want to have the first ever intergender heavyweight title fight. That’s the kind of show I want to put on. I think that my opponent should be tall and beautiful. Savannah Marshal would fit (laughs). At heavyweight, everyone is short, so I need someone tall to make it look good on TV. She is the world champion, I am also a champion.
I would like Joshua to give me a way. I want to have the next fight with Usyk for all the belts, and after that Anthony will be able to fight the winner of our fight” — quotes the words of Fury Boxing Social.
Oleksandr Usyk, 35, had previously defeated British Anthony Joshua on points to win the WBA Super, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight title. 33-year-old Tyson Fury defeated Deontay Wilder by knockout and defended his WBC and The Ring world title in the same weight category.
