Fury gave an ultimatum to Joshua: the clock counts

Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) no longer has room to maneuver.

According to promoter Frank Warren, his ward WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) has set a deadline for Joshua and demands that he give an answer if he agrees to fight on the proposed terms before the end of today day.

Recall that Fury proposes to fight either on November 26 or December 3 with the distribution of the prize fund 60 to 40, and in the case of revenge – 50 to 50.

Tyson Fury’s message to Anthony Joshua after setting him a deadline of today to agree to fight him on Nov 26th or Dec 3rd: “This is it now AJ, don’t get scared now. Agree to the fight and let’s give the fans what they want.”

Note that earlier, Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn said that the preferred date for them is December 17, and in a rematch, 60% should also go to the reigning champion.

“The time has come, AJ, there is no need to be afraid. Take the fight and let’s give the fans what they want,” Fury urged.

At the same time, Warren explained Tyson’s desire not to delay entering the ring until December 17 with the intention to fight Oleksandr Usyk in February or March 2023.
