Former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, has criticized the president of the world’s strongest league, Dana White, for trying to block the organization of his fight against Tyson Fury, which was officially announced this week.
“For some reason, I always prove that Dana White is wrong about me, even when he is on my side,” the Cameroonian told SiriusXM. “I always prove him wrong, every time. Such is our history. He was ready to get Jon Jones and Tyson Fury in MMA, so why couldn’t they do Ngannou vs Fury in boxing?”
“I know he did everything possible to take this fight away from me – they even sent out a contract and it was a shame because their contract was rejected and an agreement was signed with my company GIMIK Fight Promotions. It’s no secret that a lot of people in the UFC would love to see me fail. It’s obvious and you know about it”
