Polka is one of the best female fighters in history

Former UFC Minor Division Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk (16-5) announced her retirement.

The Polish athlete decided to say goodbye to the sport after losing in a rematch with Weili Zhang (22-3) at UFC 275.

“I ended my career. Thank you all very much for your support. I have been in this sport for 20 years. This year I will be 35 years old. I want to be a mom and a businesswoman. I have been training for two decades, more than half of my life. I appreciate you all. I love you guys,” said Jedrzejczyk.

Jedrzejczyk, 34, has been with the UFC since 2014. Joanna was the champion in the minimum division and defended her title five times. This is the largest number of defenses in this weight.
