AMC Fight Nights President Kamil Gadzhiev has announced that Vyacheslav Datsik has pulled out of a boxing fight with AMC Fight Nights light heavyweight champion Vagab Vagabov.
“As far as I know, Slava refused to fight. But he refused, citing the fact that Vagab turned this fight into a purely street relationship. Allegedly, you were someone in prison, unworthy, they say, I’m there for all the men – and so on. But what is there? Vagab chose this tactic, and when I read it personally, I became interested. It seems to me that the audience was cool. But Slava… Yes, I think Slava didn’t really want to fight with Vagab either. Glory is fine. He spuds there some people on REN TV, black guys and someone else. He is taking shape. It seems to me that Datsik is now a rather dangerous boxer. Well, he doesn’t need Vagab, ”Gadzhiev told reporters at the MMA tournament in memory of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov in Saratov.
It was expected that the Vagabov-Datsik fight would take place at one of the AMC Fight Nights shows. In an interview with SE, Vagabov said that Datsik “did dirty things in prison and offended the prisoners.”
