UFC President Dana White is putting Instagram’s community guidelines to the test with his latest picture of a gruesome injury.
In this instance, it’s “during” the before-during after of Kamaru Uman’s recent hand operation. As you can see, watching the UFC welterweight champion’s hand be pried from his hand is no easy task.

The surgery was the result of Usman’s broken hand, which he said he had suffered for three weeks before a title match with Colby Covington. The champ delivered another championship performance, and was unanimously voted in for his fifth title defense.
With a second win over another top welterweight — previously, he knocked out Jorge Masvidal in their follow-up meeting — Usman reaffirmed his place atop the pound-for-pound list.
Recently Usman’s longtime manager Ali Abdelaziz proposed that the champion move up in weight so that he could challenge Israel Adesanya as middleweight champ. However, Adesanya’s coach stressed that the two are friends.
White has made a habit of posting injuries from fights, particularly mid-procedure shots of exposed tissue as fighters get medical treatment.
