Crawford doesn’t believe he can beat Spence – Gervonta Davis

The fact that the teams of Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) and Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs) failed to agree on the long-awaited fight for the title of absolute welterweight champion (up to 66.7 kg) is Crawford’s fault, who did not accept the proposal of the other side only because he did not believe in his own strength.

This point of view was expressed by the popular American lightweight Gervonta Davis.

“If he believed in himself and that he would win this fight, he would have accepted the offer that they approached him,” Gervonta said.

In addition, Davis suggested that in the fight against Spence, Terence could not fully rely on boxing, which is familiar to him, in which his legs “feed” him and keep the opponent at a distance. Gervonta is convinced that Errol would have been able to halt Crawford’s mobility with signature powerful punches, primarily to the body.

“I don’t give a damn how much he runs around (around the ring) because as soon as his fists (Spence) get to him, it will slow him down. And there are no “ifs”, because he (Spence) will definitely do it, ”said Gervonta.

Meanwhile, Crawford suddenly began praising e-Charlo.
