Crawford can’t beat Charlo. Ex-world champion explained his prediction

“Pound” unbeaten welterweight champions Americans Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) and Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs) were going to determine the best (if not a new leader) P4P rating) November 19 in Las Vegas (USA), but it is already obvious that (at least on this day) there will be no fight.

It is possible that Crawford will rise above and try to conquer the fourth division. To do this, he will have to beat compatriot Jermell Charlo (35-1, 19 KOs), since it is he who owns all the division titles.

Interestingly, the former US champion Regis Prograis (27-1, 23 KOs) did not
believes in Crawford’s chances: “Well, yeah. He can go to 69.9 kg. But I don’t think he can beat Jermell. Realize that Crawford isn’t perfect defensively either. He also misses. And it is unlikely that he will withstand these blows – Jermell fucks how hard it is. I’m really telling you. This motherfucker both boxed well and hit hard. And with both hands.

Prograis still credits Crawford: “He can move up in weight. He can do well in this division. He’s technical, he’s smart. Realistically it can. But I really don’t see how he’s going to compete with Jermell now. Moreover, now there are a lot of people in boxing about whom we can say: “Oh, this pepper is definitely No. 1 in his division.” And Jermell is one of the few, because he has all the belts. He is simply the best. And, to be honest, he never got the recognition he deserved.”

Previously, Charlo stuffed Crawford: “Do you want 69.9 kg? Even Lubin will knock you out!” And if you still choose between Crawford and Spence? The experts shared their opinions.
