For me, there are more exciting fights than this one. There’s a heavyweight title fight coming up that I’m very interested in, a card in London with Leon Edwards, I could sit and list them all day. There are two dozen fights that interest me more. Will I watch the McGregor fight? Yes, but if it’s cancelled, I won’t be upset.”
McGregor, participating in the filming of the next season of TUF along with Michael Chandler, in response burst into abuse and threats against the Briton.
“Aspinall, you stupid rat, keep your comments to yourself,” the Irishman wrote on the social network. “Say goodbye to the big deal, boy. I will starve and kill you, you fucking disrespectful motherfucker. Don’t ever say my name like that again, potato head!”

Currently, Tom Aspinall continues to recover from a knee injury received in the 15th second of the duel with Curtis Blades in July last year.
