Conor McGregor announces next fight

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor continues training for a fight against Michael Chandler, which the Irishman says is still up for grabs.

“I am looking forward to the upcoming fight. I’m preparing well!” McGregor wrote on the social network.

According to the UFC plan, the fighters who took part in the filming of the next season of The Ultimate Fighter as trainers of opposing teams were supposed to split the octagon before the end of the year, however, the absence of Conor McGregor in the American Anti-Doping Agency testing pool and the USADA’s mandatory requirement for a six-month verification period puts under question of the implementation of this plan.

However, in a recent interview, Michael Chandler stated that they are working daily to organize the fight, expressing confidence that the fight will take place in the next six months.

Recall that the last event of the strongest league in the world this year, which, according to rumors, were to be led by McGregor and Chandler, will be the UFC 296 tournament, which will be held on December 16 in Las Vegas.
