The talented American Adrien Browner (34-4-1, 24 KOs) conquered four weight divisions, after which he lost interest in boxing. The fighter appeared less and less in the ring, more and more often he fell into scandalous chronicles.
In February, he will make another attempt to resurrect his career – he will have a fight with Ukrainian-born slugger Ivan Redkach (23-6-1, 18 KOs). Broner is staring with might and main behind his opponent, promising to return to the top very soon – he is aiming for the title of absolute super lightweight champion.
“Already in the second fight after the comeback I will take the title,”
declared Broner. – And the first I want, of course, is (WBC champion) Regis Prograis. I’ll get him out of the way first. And then I’ll knock out everyone else. Before I quit this sh*t forever, I’ll be the undisputed world champion.”
Broner previously revealed why he left Al HaymonRVS) to BLK Prime. He is very pleased with the agreement: “Such contracts are now worth their weight in gold. I am grateful and want to earn this money. Soon I will amuse everyone with a cool show.
Broner hasn’t been entertained by cool fights for a long time. The last time he entered the ring at the beginning of 2021, he controversially beat the middle peasant from Puerto Rico, Giovani Santiago. The fighter considers himself “not just an elite, but one of the greatest in the history of boxing.” Meanwhile, Prograis trolls a potential rival: “Adrien has a huge belly! What weight will the fight be?
