Brandon Moreno breaks silence after defeat

Former UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno, who suffered a controversial loss in a title fight with Brazilian Alexandre Pantozha, said that he did not intend to give up and was optimistic about the future.

“When it’s over, I promise you, this will be the most watched movie on Netflix,” the Mexican wrote on the social network. “I’ll be back soon, friends. Much love to all!”

Also, a post-match photo appeared on the network, confirming that Moreno broke his arm in the fight that took place.

The flyweight title fight between Brandon Moreno and Alexandre Pantozha, which became the second most important event of the UFC 290 tournament, went all the way and ended with a split decision victory for the Brazilian with a score of 48-47 twice and 46-49.

At a press conference after the event, UFC President Dana White announced that the Mexican had broken his right hand in the first round of the fight.
