Another heavyweight has left Fedor Emelianenko’s team

Six-time world champion in combat sambo, Kirill Sidelnikov, also known by the nickname “Baby Fedor”, is no longer a member of Fedor Emelianenko’s team.

“I live and prepare now in Moscow,” Sidelnikov told the channel’s “Ushataika”. “You could say that I left Fedor Team – that’s the way the circumstances were. We had some disagreements and it was mutually decided that I was no longer on the team”

“With Fedor remained in a complicated relationship, but I am grateful to him for all the years he spent on me, that’s what I told him. He was a great example for me, but that’s what happens in life, that people diverge. There were nuances, some misunderstandings, but if he ever needs my help, I will always help him”

Kirill Sidelnikov, 35, had his last fight last July at the Ural FC 1 tournament in Perm, finishing Brazilian Fabio Maldonado by technical knockout at the 45th second of the fight. At the moment the heavyweight is preparing for a boxing match against Moroccan Nidal Bikiri, whom he will meet on October 20 at the next Ural FC tournament in Perm.

Recall that earlier heavyweight Grigory Ponomarev left Fedor Emelianenko’s gym and moved to the club “Strela”.
