Alexander Usik has made a request to Francis Ngannou

Reigning WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight boxing champion Alexander Usik is worried about his opponent Tyson Fury, who is set to share the ring with former UFC titleholder Francis Ngannou this weekend.

“Francis, be careful with Tyson – I need him in the ring on December 23,” the Ukrainian wrote in the social network, addressing the Cameroonian.

The ten-round boxing match between “The Gypsy King” and “The Predator” will take place on October 28 in Riyadh, however, this time the British boxer will not risk the WBC title he owns, which he is going to put on the line in the confrontation with Usik.

Recall that the unification fight between Tyson Fury and Alexander Usik, the winner of which will become the absolute world champion in heavyweight boxing, will take place on December 23 in Saudi Arabia, but Francis Ngannou can derail this plan if he sends the British boxer to knockout, or cause him serious damage in the course of the fight.
