Albert Duraev appointed fight with Chidi Nzhokuani

Russian middleweight Albert Duraev, who dropped out of the UFC Fight Night 216 tournament two weeks ago, will fight his next fight on March 25 in San Antonio, and his opponent will be American Chidi Njokuani.

The organization of the fight was reported by informed sources close to the situation.

In June of this year, 33-year-old Albert Duraev suffered his first defeat in the UFC, losing by technical knockout to Joaquin Buckley due to a doctor stopping the fight at the end of the second round. Prior to that, the Russian made a successful debut in the organization, winning by unanimous decision against his compatriot Roman Kopylov.

33-year-old Chidi Njokuani is also returning to action after losing in September this year by TKO in the second round to Gregory Rodriguez. Before that, the American won two victories in the UFC, knocking out Marc-Andre Barrio and Dusko Todorovic in the first rounds.
