Russian MMA fighter Kirill Kryukov supported the action of football fans who intend to leave the stands during the matches of the 17th round of Tinkoff RPL.
“According to the results of the draw, it became known that the national teams of Russia and Poland will play with each other for the right to get to the World Cup in Qatar. I myself love football and have been a fan of Lokomotiv Moscow almost all my life. And by the way, the Poles have been very important for Loko lately – Krychowiak was a real leader, just like Maciej Rubys.
But the players have their own territory, and we have our own. And it seems to me logical and correct that shortly before the football players go out to fight on the football field, MMA fighters measure their strength in the octogon. Therefore, I challenge any professional Polish fighter in my weight category (77.1 kg) to a duel. I know that in Poland they love football and everything connected with it, and I am sure that such a fight can be organized and will arouse great interest among the public, and the KSW promotion could be a great platform for our meeting!
