43-year-old Cuban heavyweight King Kong Luis Ortiz (33-3, 28 KOs) wanted the current WBC world champion Briton Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) to choose him as his opponents for the fight, which will be held on December 3 in London (England).
However, Fury eventually opted for compatriot Derek Chisora, whom he had already defeated twice many years ago. In this connection, Ortiz, who lost competitively on points to Andy Ruiz in early September, is in a very bad mood.
“He claims he wants to fight the best. Says Joshua and Usyk don’t want to fight him. And then he goes down the top 10 of the box record, but does not choose me because I lost (previous fight), Ortiz analyzes the situation. – You passed me because you saw that I went through all 12 rounds and only got better in the final part of the fight. I was ready to spend 15 rounds in the ring, but let it be. You’re worse off. You yourself will look like shit because you chose not me, but Chisora with his 12 defeats.
“In general, it blows my brain,” the Cuban veteran cannot calm down. “I think Fury himself must be embarrassed about this fight. If you want a real fight, I’m at your service, you big bum. So stop challenging everyone and pick easy opponents after that.”
Meanwhile, the expert clearly explained the feasibility of the third fight between Fury and Chisora.
