Interim UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan commented on Max Holloway’s victory over Yair Rodriguez in the main event UFC Vegas 42.
“Master of sports in boxing,” Yang wrote on Twitter.
Holloway defeated Rodriguez via unanimous decision and became the first fighter in UFC history to land 3,000 punches to his opponents.
The 29-year-old Holloway has 23 wins and six losses. Rodriguez, 29, has 14 wins and three losses.
