Wolves also cry - a cheerleader from the shelter touched Khamzat Chimaev

One of the most formidable UFC fighters, Khamzat Chimaev, could not hold back his tears at a meeting with his fans, among whom were children from an orphanage.

A touching moment occurred when, at an event held at the Chechen State University, a little girl approached Borz, who received an autograph from the fighter and exchanged a couple of phrases with him.

Later, 10-year-old Yasmina Khozueva told what she was talking about with a popular Chechen fighter.

“We took a photo together, I told him, ‘Thank you for everything you do and are an example. Wish you luck. God forbid you come with a victory, ‘” the girl said. “When I said this, I wanted to cry, and tears welled up in his eyes too. I cried with joy that I could see him.”

Khamzat Chimaev, 28, is leading a six-fight streak under the UFC banner and is ranked third in the organization’s welterweight rankings, but is set to fight his next fight in the middleweight category.
