Promoter Frank Warrenqueensberry promotions) reacted to the words of antagonist Eddie Hearn (Matchroom Boxing). The other day he commented on the protracted negotiations between the owners of all heavyweight belts Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and Briton Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) – they still cannot resolve the issue with the distribution of the prize fund.

According to Hearn, everything can end abruptly – Joshua will replace Usyk and fight Fury. He even threatened to recruit Warren’s son and discuss this option with him.

Warren Sr. is categorical. He
reminded Hearn that they were in talks for this fight just recently: “No, no, no. I’m not even going to turn back on this track. We have already lost a lot of time. I know that you are still not 100% sure which of us was telling the truth then. So, the truth is with us. To be honest, Joshua didn’t even have a coach back then. Now I’m thinking, why did we even get that he would agree to fight Fury in December? Kapets … How much time have we wasted … “

Fury constantly claims that Joshua will never get a fight with him as he “missed his opportunity”. Therefore, Warren honestly admitted: “Yes, I don’t even want to approach Tyson with this proposal. He won’t even consider it. So definitely not. Generally without options. I won’t even say Joshua’s name when talking to Fury.”

But Fury’s co-promoter thinks differently: “If Usyk left …” And also Bob Arum (Top Rank) is very dissatisfied with the promoter of the Ukrainian: “Krasyuk should shut up.”
