Having lost in rematch to the WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Alexander Usik, British ex-champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) is not obliged to retire: he is still a great boxer and is capable more than once and not the two put on a show to the delight of fans of the sport. So says Malik Scott, coach of another “ex” Deontay Wilder (42-2-1, 41 KOs)

“Some say he should retire. I can’t stand this shit, said the coach of the American
Fight Hub TV. – You lose to a great fighter, especially such a great fighter as Usyk – and you are written off? Crap. AJ is a superstar, he’s a good fighter.”

Recall, by the way, that Malik believed that Usyk would stop Joshua in a rematch.

I admire Usyk, he is one of the best in history – Scott

Scott is also upset that “no one did justice to [тренеру британца] Robert Garcia” for the fact that Joshua performed much better than in the first fight against Usyk.

“If AJ had won, Robert would have been carried in his arms, otherwise he is like an invisible ghost,” complains Malik.

He believes that if Wilder wins on October 15 over Robert Helenius, the American should make the next fight against Joshua.
