Promoter Bob Arum (Top Rank) is confident that the WBA Super, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) will beat the previous holder of these titles Briton Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) for the second time in a row – the first fight took place in September in London (England), the second fight will be held on August 20 in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
According to Arum, Joshua’s decision to seek help from the American mentor Robert Garcia will not help him in any way: “I think Usyk will win again. Garcia?.. This is a really great coach. But which heavyweight has he coached? I think Usyk will win because he is simply better than Joshua. If I had to bet, I would bet on him.”
Why Garcia will not help Joshua in the fight with Usyk was recently discussed by the promoter of the Ukrainian.
