Michael Williams Jr. (20-1, 13 KOs) in welterweight (up to 66.7 kg). The seasoned favorite, known for his harsh words, this time stated without fiction that he was “very happy to return to the ring and show the world” what he “still is one of the best fighters in this sport.”
“Williams Jr. is a strong contender, but I’m ready to take on the challenge and I’m going to put on a show,” the Browner trashtalker somehow deflated lately.
Williams noted that he “has been preparing for this moment for a long time and is ready.”
“I’m going to take full advantage of this opportunity and show everyone that they made no mistake by choosing me to challenge Broner. I have nothing to lose and I will give my 150% on fight night,” Michael said.

The 10-round fight is scheduled for the evening of February 25 at the arena Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Initially, Broner was supposed to return to the ring on February 18 in a duel against Ivan Redkach, but he will not be able to enter the ring due to disagreements with the promoter.
