Ukrainian three-time contender for world titles in the middleweight (up to 72.6 kg) Sergey “The Technician” Derevyanchenko (13-4, 10 KOs) showed in what form he will enter the ring on July 30 to fight against the American Joshua “Young Gun” Conley ( 17-3-1, 11 KOs). The 10-round bout will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, USA.

“Proud to remind you which city and which country I represent,” Sergey signed a short video in Ukrainian, in which he showed his form for entering the ring in yellow and blue colors.

The inscription on the uniform is a localized catchphrase of the head of the Nikolaev Regional Military Administration
Vitaly Kim: “Good evening, from Ukraine”, only in the version of “Good evening, from Mykolaiv”.

“I am very grateful to everyone who supports me – in Ukraine, in the USA and other countries of the world,” added 36-year-old Derevyanchenko, put two flags next to him – Ukraine and the USA, and wrote the hashtags #SergiyDerevyanchenko #GloryToUkraine #TeamDerevyanchenko #Mykolaiv #UkraineBoxing.

Derevyanchenko: “I always fight for Ukraine”

36-year-old Sergey formally lost four fights of their last five, and the last time he entered the ring in December 2021, losing to Carlos Adames according to the judges. Adames, by the way, nailed Conley in two rounds in 2018.

In June, Sergey gave an interview about the most powerful blow and the most difficult fight.
