Vadim Nemkov has revealed plans for his fight with Francis Ngannou

Former Bellator light heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov, making his heavyweight debut in three weeks, expects to share the cage at the end of the year with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who has a current contract with the PFL.

“My plan for this year is to beat Bruno Cappelozza, then fight the winner of the Ferreira-Bader pairing, and in December I’d like to beat Ngannou if he comes back,” Nemkov told MMAnews.

The Russian fighter also shared his opinion on the upcoming fight between Corey Anderson and Carl Moore, who will play for the vacant Bellator light heavyweight championship belt.

“I think Corey Anderson will win because he’s more experienced and has been through more serious fights than Carl Moore.”

Recall that the heavyweight fight between Vadim Nemkov and Bruno Cappelozza will be part of the joint PFL and Bellator tournament, which will take place on February 24 in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
