Former world champion, now analyst Sean Porter, is much more into a potential fight between Deontay Wilder (42-2-1, 41 KOs) and unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 OK) than a meeting between a Ukrainian and a champion WBC Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) for overall status in the division.
According to the American, the fight with Wilder will keep boxing fans in suspense until the very end – because of Deontay’s knockout blow. And in a duel with Fury there will be a lot of movement, feints and running around, according to Sean.
“This is the fight I really want to see,” said Sean Porter
Fighthype about the Usyk-Wilder variant. Believe it or not, I want to see this more than Usyk vs Fury. I think style matching is better here. Usyk vs Fury is the best in heavyweight boxing, but from a fan point of view, I’m for Usyk-Wilder.”

According to Porter, now the main heavyweight is Usyk. At the same time, he believes that a non-Ukrainian will be the favorite in the fight with Fury.
“I bet on Fury,” he said. “I don’t think we will see this fight, but I bet on Fury. Speed and boxing skills are what sets Usyk apart from everyone else in the division. But not against Fury. I think I’d bet on Fury. Perhaps,” he added, not so confidently.
Wilder himself wants to fight Usyk. Last week, he made a prediction for the Usyk-Fury fight. The latter’s promoter explained yesterday why Fury would have to fight Usyk.
