British co-promoter of WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury looks confident that his client’s superfight against IBF/WBO/WBA belt holder Oleksandr Usyk will take place in early March or so.

Frank Warren stated
iFL TVthat only the questions “where” and “how much” remained (that is, they still do not seem to have divided the prize fund).

“I am quite sure that we will be able to reach an agreement. But, of course, the contract must be signed. I remember how it was with Joshua a couple of months ago, so I don’t want to tempt fate anymore,” he said. “We are moving in the right direction. The contract is being finalized.”

Arum knows who will beat Inoue – it’s Fury!

Warren added that there is no problem that the megafight can be interfered with by mandatory challengers: all sanctioning organizations gave the fight a green light.

On December 28, Tyson announced that he had three more fights left in Britain – and named the names.
