The 2012 Olympic champion, ex-absolute heavyweight champion and current WBA / WBO / IBF heavyweight title holder Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) addressed the Russians live on Instagram, clearly indicating his attitude towards those who support their country’s barbaric attack on Ukraine, and on all of Russia in general.
Next is Alexander’s direct speech.
“I wanted to say this a little later.
I will speak another language so that more people understand me, and so that pig dogs understand me too. Yes, yes, I offend those whom I do not respect.
There are many questions about the fact that I am a traitor to my church and my faith, and the Lord God. I am not interested in these questions, but many people ask me to say a word.
I remain and continue to be faithful to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and to the rector of our church, Metropolitan Onufry.
And further. I want to say that I want our Ukrainian Orthodox Church to be cleansed of those scoundrels that are in it. These are not fathers. These are the people who came to work on the instructions of the enemy – the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation is an enemy of Ukraine. Yes, yes, you can hear me well and see me. This is an enemy that wants to kill all the people in the world.
Well, look. If on their channels they say that “we will hit France”, that “we will hit Poland”, that “we will hit Britain”. That is, they, in every way intimidating the people, say that they will go to heaven.
The eighth commandment – do not kill.
And there is no holy war. Or some sort of cleansing. There is a war that you unleashed on February 24, 2022. They attacked Ukraine, allegedly protecting some Russians. Who do not want your protection.
You also attacked Czechoslovakia many years ago. You also came to other cities, to Georgia. You come everywhere with protection, but only you do not protect your Russians in Russia itself. Don’t protect them. You don’t defend at all.
You are fighting fascism, Nazism, which does not exist. You are the Third Reich, in all its manifestations. That’s what Hitler didn’t do, your president continues to do.
Can you imagine?
In the summer, the Usyk Foundation began raising funds for cars for ZSU, and in November the Ukrainian champion showed the first fruits of an extremely necessary undertaking. In addition, at the end of last year, Alexander himself donated an impressive UAH 13.8 million for a project to build 10 private houses for residents of the village of Moshchun in the Kyiv region, who lost their homes due to the invasion of the army of fascist Russia at the end of February 2022.
