updated rating of the best boxers in the world, regardless of weight categories.

It was necessary to gather after the WBC / IBF light heavyweight champion Russian Artur Beterbiev (18-0, 18 KOs) destroyed the WBO belt holder American Joe Smith Jr. (28-4, 22 KOs) in two rounds.

It is possible that there would be no place for Beterbiev in R4Rif it were not for the low activity of the WBC Franchise / WBA Super champion in the second flyweight Mexican Juan Francisco Estrada (42-3, 28 KOs) – the proposal to temporarily exclude his 5th number from the top ten was adopted by a majority of votes.

It’s funny that for the same reason they wanted to get rid of the Ukrainian Vasily Lomachenko (16-2, 11 KOs), but it turned out that his downtime is not really critical. And the participants also joked about the fact that the “pound” was becoming “very crowded” and even recalled that once their rating consisted of twelve fighters instead of ten.

2. Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs)
3. Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs)
4. Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs)
