Umar Nurmagomedov challenged five opponents

UFC lightweight division number fourteen Umar Nurmagomedov has named five fighters, one of whom he would like to share the octagon with in his next fight.

The Russian fighter published in the social network part of the rating, including representatives of the lightest weight from the eighth to twelfth lines.

“Anybody!”,” Nurmagomedov wrote in a comment.

The fighters named included Deiveson Figueredo, Rob Font, Dominick Cruz, Pedro Munoz and Jonathan Martinez.

A few days earlier, the Russian’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, complained that the UFC matchmakers were unable to organize a fight for his ward, as all potential opponents were refusing the bout.

Undefeated Umar Nurmagomedov is riding a four-fight win streak under the UFC banner, knocking out Brazilian Raoni Barcelos in the first round in his last fight. The 28-year-old Russian fighter was scheduled to fight American Corey Sandhagen in August, which theoretically could have been a contender fight, but Nurmagomedov suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery and withdrew from the bout.

According to Nurmagomedov, he expects to return to the octagon at UFC 298, which takes place Feb. 17 in Anaheim
