Walch, Poland. In the main event of the evening, the local ex-cruiserweight champion (up to 90.7 kg) Krzysztof Głowacki (32-3, 20 KOs) easily passed the gatekeeper from Mexico
Francisco Rivas Ruiz (16-4, 5 KOs).

The Polish favorite started the fight aggressively. First he aimed at the head of the Mexican, then he began to process the body. There was a blow to the liver – there is the first knockdown! But the underdog reached the gong.

Then Glowacki slowed down the pace and density of the fight a little, tried to act for sure. Ruiz held on to the last of his strength. The guest had a particularly hard time in the 3rd round.

In the 4th three-minute period, the Mexican capitulated after two falls. It was Głowacki’s first win since 2018. Before that, he lost twice in a row to the champions of the cruiserweight ahead of schedule, Briton Lawrence Okoli and Mairis Briedis from Latvia.

The first defeat of Glovatsky dates back to 2016 – he lost the WBO belt to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk.

Also, the Ukrainian-Moldovan welterweight prospect (up to 66.7 kg) Vasily Chebotar (11-0, 4 KOs) performed as part of the show – he prematurely delayed the journiman
Anzora Gambebeli (29-33-5, 15 KOs) from Georgia.

Chebotar TKO 4.
