It took Tom Aspinall a little more than a minute to deal with Marcin Tybura and loudly remind the mma community of himself after a forced year-long break due to the recovery of an injured knee.

The heavyweight bout that headlined the UFC Fight Night 224 tournament in London ended at 73 seconds after the Brit sent the Pole to the floor with an accurate right hand to the jaw, and then finished off the shocked opponent on the ground.

In an interview after the fight, Aspinall stated that he wants to share the octagon with the winner of the duel between Cyril Gan and Sergey Spivak, expressing his confidence that the next performance will be a challenger for him and will lead him to a fight with the reigning division champion Jon Jones.

In the second most important event of the event, Lithuanian representative Yulia Stolyarenko spoiled the mood of the British fans by finishing the favorite of the local audience Molly McCann in less than two minutes by armbar.
