UFC welterweight champion Nigerian Kamaru Usman is ready to put on boxing gloves when it comes to a fight against boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez, but is not going to do so for a possible fight with popular content maker Jake Paul.

One of the best MMA fighters of our days explained his position in an interview with a podcast
I Am Athlete.

“If I fight Jake Paul, I am doing him a favor. And when I beat him, no one will care, Kamaru is sure. “But when I beat Canelo, the biggest star in the world, there will be 100 million at stake. If I play, I’ll play big.”

At the same time, Usman did not rule out that he could lose to Paul: “Undoubtedly, the fight with Paul is a risk. Look, if we cut ourselves with him now, he can hit me. I’m not so naive or ignorant as to think otherwise. I’m realist. Somehow I know I’m going to hit him with the pepper, but at the same time, everyone has a puncher’s chance.”

The Nigerian also said that the champion McGregor is over.
