UFC 299 weigh-in results

Miami hosted the official weigh-in ceremony for UFC 299, the main event of which will be a flyweight title fight between the division’s reigning champion, Sean O’Malley, and challenger Marlon Vera.

The headliners of the event successfully made it through the proceedings, showing 61.2 kg (135 pounds) each, although the Ecuadorian had to use a screen to do so.

Contestants in the co-main event, Dustin Porier and Benoit Saint-Denis, who are scheduled to face off for five rounds, had no trouble getting within the lightweight limit, recording 70.8 kilograms (156 pounds) and 70.3 kilograms (155 pounds), respectively.

The only Russian competitor in the numbered event, Peter Yan, also made weight successfully, settling at 61.2 kg (135 lbs), while his opponent, Song Yadong, clocked in at 61.7 kg (136 lbs).
