UFC 288 weigh-ins: Sterling and Cejudo make weight

In Newark, the official weigh-in ceremony for the participants of the UFC 288 tournament took place, the main event of which will be the bantamweight title fight between Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo.

The headliners of the event successfully coped with the procedure – Sterling showed 134 pounds (60.8 kg), and Cejudo kept within 135 pounds (61.2 kg).

The welterweight contenders, Gilbert Burns and Belal Muhammad, were also successful in the weight cut, recording 171 pounds (77.6 kg) and 170 pounds (77.1 kg), respectively.

The Russian participants of the tournament, featherweight Movsar Evloev and middleweight Ikram Aliskerov, like their rivals, had no problems getting into the limit of their weight categories.
