The headliner of UFC Vegas 48, was a fight between Rafael Fiziev and Rafael Dos Anjos. It will now be the co-main event at UFC 272..

As MMA Fighting reported previously, Fiziev’s visa problems forced the promotion back to fight. The March 5 pay per-view event was chosen as the main host. The headliner will feature a grudge match between Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington as the fight for Rafael’s toughest opponent.

The UFC made the announcement during Saturday’s prelims broadcast on UFC 271. After a disappointing stint as welterweight, Dos Anjos will be back for the lightweight title.
