British WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) will stick to his retirement position, but really wants to wait for a rematch for the WBA / WBO / IBF titles between his compatriot Anthony Joshua ( 24-2, 22 KOs) and Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs).

Only then will Fury decide what to do next.

Such an assumption in a conversation with
FightHype made by Fury’s American co-promoter Bob Arum.

“Well, I think Fury will be waiting to see how the Usyk-Joshu rematch goes. And only after that he will decide whether he wants to continue or not, – says Arum. “The fact is that apart from the fight with the winner Usyk-Joshua, nothing else can really interest Tyson Fury, so we’ll see.”

Usyk and Joshua were previously expected to rematch on July 23 in the Middle East. However, the timing may shift, confessed just now Eddie Hearn.
