British promoter Frank Warren positively assessed the victorious performance of Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) in the last rematch with Anthony Joshua, but sees at least two problems for him in heavyweight.

It is noteworthy that we are talking about the British Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) and Joe Joyce (14-0, 13 KOs), who are on the contract with Frank.

“I watched the fight (Usyk-Joshua 2) and I liked what Usyk did. But it seems to me that a real, really big heavyweight – I’m talking about a heavyweight with good skills and a decent workrate – would beat him. Joe (Joyce), for example, has a good workrate and a very strong chin. I think he will at least create a lot of problems for Usyk. And I think Tyson Fury will give him a huge problem too. I think they will just be too big for him, with too wide an arsenal, ”Warren suggested.

It is possible that Usyk and Fury will fight for the title of absolute division champion by the end of this year – there is such information.

Joyce, we recall, is the mandatory challenger for Alexander, and his next fight is scheduled for September 24 against New Zealand ex-champion Joseph Parker. However, Joe has already stated that he will beat Usyk and return all the titles to England.
