The UFC’s most scrutinized fighter has been named

Former UFC middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa is the fighter who has passed the most doping tests this year.

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency released the corresponding list, in which the Brazilian is the sole leader with 33 tests.

The reigning UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones has 21 tests, while USADA representatives came to Russian Sharabutdin Magomedov and Magomed Ankalaev 21 and 19 times, respectively.

Paulo Costa is currently completing preparations for his fight with Khamzat Chimaev, which will take place on October 21 at UFC 294 in Abu Dhabi. The Chechen fighter has undergone 7 doping tests this year.

The headliners for the upcoming numbered event, Islam Makhachev and Charles Oliveira, have met with USADA officials 12 times each in 2023.

Conor McGregor is still not listed in the agency’s testing pool for this year.
