The main event of the week in boxing is postponed due to the death of Elizabeth II


The main boxing event of the upcoming weekend is a show in London (England), which was to be led by two women’s megafights at once: Clarissa Shields (12-0, 2 KOs) against Savannah Marshall (12-0, 10 KOs) for the title of absolute middleweight champion weight, as well as Mikaela Mayer (17-0, 5 KOs) vs. Alicia Baumgardner (12-1, 7 KOs) for the WBC, IBF and WBO super featherweight titles, is postponed to a later date due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II .

The boxing night has been tentatively rescheduled for October 15th. However, the venue will remain unchanged.
