Nurmagomedov to meet with Dana White in January
The head of the UFC, Dana White, spoke about the possible continuation of the career of lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Recall that in October the Russian announced his retirement after defeating Justin Gaethje.
“I think Khabib’s father wanted a 30-0 record. I think that Khabib himself wants to do this, because his father also wanted it. Let’s see, we’ll see him next month and discuss it. Maybe he wants to continue, I don’t know, but I’m sure I can discuss it with him,” White said.
