The undisputed lightweight champion American Devin Haney (29-0, 15 KOs) has hinted on social networks that his next fight will be held on the PPV system (paid broadcast).

It’s no secret that he will defend all the belts in the confrontation with the former division leader Ukrainian veteran Vasily Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs).

Immediately, several sources reported that this fight has a date. Salvador Rodriguez from ESPN even called the arena: “May 20 in the arena Madison Square Garden (New York) vs. Lomachenko… Sounds good, but PPV…”

The thing is that earlier boxer promoter Bob Arum (Top Rank) promised to make this fight on public television. The age-old businessman does not hide his sympathies: “Haney will be in the ring with the master.” Devin is very unhappy with Arum’s words. Here is his answer: “Is Lomachenko a great master? For Arum, but not for me.”
