The challengers for Vadim Nemkov’s Bellator championship belt have been named

Corey Anderson and Carl Moore will play for the vacant Bellator bantamweight championship belt vacated by Vadim Nemkov, who has moved up to the heavyweight division.

The title fight will be the main event of the Bellator tournament, which takes place March 22 in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland.

Informed sources close to the situation reported about the organization of the match.

Corey Anderson had his last fight last June, winning a split decision over former division champion Phil Davis. In doing so, the 34-year-old American put his career back on track after a loss to Vadim Nemkov in the Bellator welterweight grand prix final.

Carl Moore, 32, who represents Northern Ireland, is riding a four-fight win streak in Bellator, winning a unanimous decision over Alex Polizzi in his last fight.

Corey Anderson and Carl Moore are currently ranked No. 1 and No. 4 in Bellator’s welterweight division rankings, respectively.
