The ACA League has scheduled a new fight for Anatoly Tokov

While Magomed Ismailov, who withdrew from the fight, recovers from injury, former Bellator middleweight title challenger Anatoly Tokov will fight Sharaf Davlatmurodov.

The bout will take place on April 19 at ACA 174 in St. Petersburg, Russia, as officially announced by the head of the Russian league, Mairbek Khasiev.

“Anatoly Tokov will fight a rematch in the ACA against Sharaf Davlatmurodov on April 19 in St. Petersburg at ACA 174,” Khasiev’s statement was published by the organization’s social media accounts. “Tokov was supposed to fight against Magomed Ismailov, but we had to postpone this high-profile bout due to Magomed’s injury”

“Anatoly Tokov went through a big training camp. We offered him an interim fight in ACA with another opponent – Sharaf Davlatmurodov. I’m sure it will be a very high profile confrontation and Davlatmurodov will be motivated to maximize his revenge for his defeat to Tokov in 2021”

The first fight between the Russian fighters took place in October 2021 at Bellator 269 in Moscow and ended in a split decision victory for Tokov.

After that, Anatoly Tokov defeated Muhammad Abdullah in the first round and made an unsuccessful attempt to take the Bellator championship belt from Johnny Eblin, losing to the American by unanimous decision over five rounds.

Sharaf Davlatmurodov closed out a loss to his compatriot with a victory over American Anthony Adams, whom he beat by unanimous decision of the judges at Bellator 294 in Honolulu.
