The most anticipated event of January in pop boxing, the fight between British showman KSI and US MMA fighter Dillon Denis, which was scheduled for January 14 as the main event of the show at London’s Wembley, will not take place.
Today, KSI’s manager announced that Denis has pulled out of the fight:
“His team told me that he (Denis) is not well prepared, he doesn’t have a coach, maybe he is struggling with weight, he couldn’t find a team and all sorts of other problems.”
And here is a comment by KSI himself about the disruption of an event well promoted in the media:
“That answers the question of whether he is a fighter or not. He is a real warrior, yes, but only on the keyboard. I hope he learned to keep quiet when real men speak with real deeds, and not empty words.
Just a note: a new rival for KSI has already been found – this is another popular content maker
FaZe Temperrrso that the show on all the same DAZN will take place.
