Former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor (22-5, 19 KOs) turned to Dustin Poirier, with whom he will rematch at UFC 264.
The 32-year-old Irishman recorded an audio message to his opponent on Twitter.
“Dustin, pie! I’m coming for you, pie. Stupid hillbilly!” McGregor said.
The fight between McGregor and Poirier will take place on July 10 as part of the UFC 264 tournament, which will be held in Las Vegas.
